Process

From brief
to hand-over.

A clear six-stage delivery process — one accountable owner, transparent cost, and a fixed timeline.

How We Work

Six stages, one owner.

Every project moves through the same six stages — scaled to a 36 sqm booth or a multi-store rollout. The same project manager owns it from kick-off to dismantle.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Brief

We listen first — brand, audience, expo or store context, success metrics, budget envelope, and timeline. The brief is documented before a single render is made.

  2. 02

    Concept & Direction

3D concept, material direction, lighting mood, and graphic system — presented as a single coherent proposal you can react to in one session.

  3. 03

    Engineering & Costing

Production drawings, structural and MEP coordination, and a transparent cost breakdown — so what we present is what we build.

  4. 04

    Production

In-house joinery, metalwork, paint, print, and AV integration. Daily progress photos and a fixed production window.

  5. 05

    Logistics & Install

Packed, transported, and assembled by our own crews. Snagged and signed off before hand-over.

  6. 06

    Hand-Over & After-Care

Documentation, training where needed, dismantle, and asset storage between activations. Available after the event closes.

In Control

We hold the timeline, the finish, and the budget.

Because design, engineering, production, logistics, and installation all sit inside one company, we can commit to a delivery date and stand behind a finish standard. There is no third party to blame when something slips — and no third party to wait on when something needs to move.
